East Forest Park Civic Association is excited to welcome the Springfield Board of Assessors as our April guest speaker. Jessica Guerra from the Assessor’s office will present and provide a Q&A session of assessing fair market value of all local property and motor vehicle excise taxes and applications.
Our May meeting will host the SHINE Program. SHINE is Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone (SHINE). This Massachusetts program provides free counseling for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers. They aim to provide help understanding Medicare Parts A, B, D and Medicare Advantage Plans and help with prescription Advantage and Medicare Savings Programs, assistance with enrollment applications and applying for benefits.
